Robbery In The Air

When an Air France flight arrived in Paris from Narita on Tuesday, business class passengers found their wallets lighter to the tune of 4,000 euros (around 540,000 yen). Firstly, a woman found money missing from her handbag but then others also discovered they had been robbed. Suspicions immediately fell on the flight crew and airport security officials were called to the plane. After 30 minutes, they had not made any progress and felt unable to detain the passengers and crew inside the plane any longer. No arrests were made but the investigation continues. An Air France official said that passengers are responsible for their personal effects inside the plane.

Uh, one would hope so....I can't imagine a more vulnerable place than a transcontinental flight where most of the passengers are drunk or comatose from Ambien.
