The (old) Adomo phone

I used to have a pair of these Adomo phone (see video), one placed in overseas and another one here at home in Japan, for the communication between me and my parents. But after the Kinmirai company closed down, they didn't collect the phone from us and off course there wasn't any line anymore. It has been 3 years, and I am not sure what to do with these phones, anyone has any idea if these IP phones are still usable?
