Ex-Morning Musume member Maki Goto suffered a family tragedy recently when her mother died after apparently committing suicide. Itai News reports that some Japanese netizens are unhappy with Fuji TVs coverage of the funeral. As the image above shows, Fuji commented "Maki Goto, hair dyed brown, on her way to keep vigil over her mother". It's the hair dye remark which has incensed some who see it, at the very least, as an unnecessary observation to make. Others think that Fuji's comment hinted that there was something inappropriate or even delinquent about Goto having dyed hair at her mother's funeral. There's a YouTube clip of the report here.
