It ain't gonna work. This is just like Macky D's introducing fruit in their UK outlets. If you want a piece of fruit, who's gonna go to McDonalds? We go there for hamburgers. Or, at least I used to. I try and avoid the place these days. I've only been there three times in the last year.

That and I like their fries. And the double quarter pounder with cheese w/o pickles or onions.

But Wendy's is better for the fries. Burgers suck though. No flavor.

Burger King....ain't.

Jack-in-the-Box...there may very well be.

What-a-buger...anyone else experienced the phenomenon of the 30min burger order. Usually happens after midnight until the breakfast crew comes on. Mediocre food.

Sonic Drive-in...okay burgers. Excellent Tater Tots. Decent (for Oklahoma) hot dogs and Onion Rings. And home of the Route 44-a 44ounce cup of your favorite non-alcoholic beverage. (And they sell breaded deep-fried pickles...I hate those!)

A&W...yes, we still have a couple of these. Hard to find, but the best damn root beer ever made. Decent (better than sonic) Hot dogs too. Good Fries.

Dairy Queen...okay hot dogs, decent fries, blah burgers. Ice cream treats aren't bad though.

Braum's Ice Cream and Dairy Stores...slightly misleading title doesn't even acknowledge they are fast food. Above average burgers. Great fries (crinkle cut!). Real ice cream you can get as cone, sundae, shake etc. Also store sells Ice cream, milk, and other dairy stuff, plus various types of cookies. Saved many a pregnant woman's husbands ass!!

Jack in the Box's (or should that be Jack's in the Box? no, that sounds bad) Ultimate Cheeseburger is like nirvana on a bun. Their seasoned curly fries are also the best thing going. And putting chili and cheese on top of them? MMMMMMMMMM!

I've noticed a big difference between the McD's in Korea and the ones in the US. In Korea the burgers taste very bland and are quite dry. In the US (where the double cheeseburger is only a buck now!) they're juicy and the cheese is all nice and melty. But in its defense, McD's Korea has chocolate-dipped ice cream cones for about 45 cents.
