If anything, this might have some impact on the decision on the Futenma Base relocation.
I am not really sure where I am going, I just hope that when I get there, I can sit down because I am sure my feet will be tired.

"The Romulan Commander stated to Captain Picard 'We were just conducting a scientific experiment in the Neutral Zone!"
