That's what they were doing for a live concert of Namie Amuro where she (on drug as usual *) is wearing that biker nazi dominatrix outfit... Well... sort of OT but check out MSTRKRFT remix of Hamasaki's Beautiful Fighters. The original isn't without its charms, but is wholly eclipsed by the electronified remix.
