A 37 year old man was arrested in May for apparently peeing in a girl's bicycle helmet. A search of his home by Tochigi police revealed a collection of 78 girls bicycle seats, 10 helmets and several items of clothing including underwear. Fukuda has been rearrested on the specific charge of stealing one of the saddles back in March. The suspect is reported to have said that he enjoyed looking at them. He also mentioned that he finds it difficult to relate to women his own age.

Ok, I have to admit, been down the aisle of kink quite a number of times, but peeing in a helmet is just disgusting. If you're going to pee in any helmet, how about peeing in a J-police helmet.
