IMF says 15% Japanese sales tax!

We've been translating a boatload of English document into Japanese for the IMF. Seems like they are paying a lot of attention to Japan.:nihonjin:

Of course they are...it needs a lot more IMF tinkering before they can have the country in an equally shitty position as the States.

unless japan is going to take IMF loans, they can shove it as japan is not obligated to follow their advice.
