What if there were no more people in Tokyo and nature was allowed to take over? This art reminded me of certain unrestored temples from Ankor Wat complex.

Yeah... eXXXXXXXXtreeeeeeme Urbex...

Love the concept (the Omega man concept)... But it's far from the best rendition...

The TV serie Life after people (a littul repetitive after the 15th episode) was excellent... Most notably when they start elaborating on a planet wide takeover of the cats on all former urban area.

There was also few documentary aboot the wildlife in the Tchernobyl exclusion zone. Basically... it's a litteral explosion of the ecosystem with races of animal and plants believed to be extinct that are now thriving. Hard to die of a potential radiation induced cancer after 20 years when your lifespan in the wild is around 15 (*)... The only drawback is for humans who are nothing else than slow moving food for most of the locals...


(*) yeah and also... all those phantasm aboot mutant starting to roam the place... They forgot a key biological fact... Most grotesque mutations are lethal at an early stage of development... and even if not, mutant are more or less condemned to be sterile... So bad luck for the cheap serie Z SciFi TV shows... Natural selection DO work there overtime to get sh1t right...
