Very short clip on the official site of SHOWTIME

Penn & Teller Bullshit -- Old People
Season 8 Episode 8 Part 1
Airdate: 29 July 2010
Summary: According to Penn and Teller, America's seniors are stripped of their dignity thanks to ongoing stereotypes about old people. They investigate the widespread beliefs that old people can't drive, don't have sex, and smell bad.

I was disappointed when I found that old people are actually treated shitty in Japan.

And you don't even have to be that old. Try getting a job if you're over 48, not executive level, and have been laid off in Japan. It's a very rough road for guys like that.

We should be disappointed by the lack of old-fart respect because 2010 does not have a 5-day holiday for "Silver Week" like last year. In 2009 a weekend was followed by three Japanese public holidays in September: Respect for the Aged Day, Autumnal Equinox Day, and Kokumin no kyujitsu (national holiday), a freebie day between the two other holidays.

The five-day break occurs in the following years:

Suginami ward in Tokyo decided to check up on their record oldest resident, a 113 yr old woman, after that "111 yr old man" incident. They went to her recorded address and found her 79 year old daughter who told them her mother didn't live there. The ward currently can't find her.

Ahh, shit James. Here you go putting all my private stuff out here in front if God and everybody. I'm not really that bad, i do have some scruples, so I changed gfs and Tommy Ikemen liked her so much, he immediately took her out for beers trying to steal her...
