Thanks for those links, Taro. It also would be nice to have links to "official" or "professional" websites run by organizations or public entities. Do you know of any?

Other than the Intellectual Property website, I do not know of any official government site that has the entire civil code online. The professor who taught Japanese legal systems advised us to just buy the civil code book since it's pretty small and cheap.

As for unofficial sites, the professor at this school is pretty famous for his knowledge of Japanese laws.
