Postby sillygirl » Wed Sep 22, 2010 6:28 pm

Just a shot in the dark, but can anyone find a price for a car part?

'2.5 DIESEL MAZDA BONGO FRIENDEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE 1997 DRIVERS SIDE WINDOW SWITCH(THE ONE THAT WORKS DRIVERS SIDE AND PASSENGER SIDE)'

It's for a mate (I drive a Peugot, unfortunately). It would be 180 quid here appaz..

170 quids here:

Japan is not exactly hot on cheap 2nd hand spare parts for cars...

Go dumpster diving if you can't rebuild the part yourself... (would not be that difficult to replace the switch with standard electronic switch, single pole double momentary toggle, check the mouser online catalog for this. Beware, need one more if you don't want to lose the auto up-dwn feature)

If you don't get your part fixed, I can always send the fellas out to Saitama and Tochigi and find some parts up thattaway......

PM me if you, or your mate, don't have any futher luck finding that part and not only will I help you, I will promise that I won't say a word about the queer gekko....
