Another person said something very similar... "All people are selfish"... but the trouble with that logic is that it defies definition. If all people are racist, there is no such thing as a "racist", because there are no cases of "non-racist" to compare against.

All people are racially conscious. Most discusion about race is automatically labled as 'racist' or 'racism', which it is not. Some people pretend they are not racially conscious at all, but this is just polite conversation.

Even the people who truly believe they are not 'racially conscious' have most likely not been put in a situation where they do feel racial consciousness, which is unlikely anyway.
