A bit . . . ;)
Never criticize anyone until you've walked several kilometres in their shoes.
Because

1. You're now several kilometres away; and

2. You've got their shoes.

This article reminds me of typical propaganda articles by Chinese or Korean papers. According to this article, it seems like even the other day's rally in Shibuya is categorized as "far right" like Zaitokkai which is full of racial hate speeches and apparently a far left disguising a far right backed by Unification Church. Its absolutely justificable you do rally holding with your national flag if your country's sovereignty was blatantly invaded by a 19C-like despotism country. You should CLEARLY distinguish between those spontaneous rallys and disguised "far right" like Zaitokkai. Chinkys better not anger Japanese nationals any more. Although Japanese are gentle and timid usually, once Japanese angers start to move, nobody can stop it.

I was hoping for an article about the Nigerian mafia in Kabukicho and Roppongi. This one is even more ridiculous though.

How do you explain the outcome of WWII then?

Nobody can stop it... sorta like rapes/chikans, pedofiles, and DV? But they are truly sorry and blah blah blah

Slam! Nice one. :p

This actually makes a lot of sense. I think the Canadian journalist is either clueless or deliberately exaggerating for effect. He might as well cross the border and write a story about how the "Tea Partiers" (which are far more prevalent and active compared to Zaitokkai) are an example of "far right extremism" in America.

A bit of conspiracy theory - to be taken with a large grain of salt:

The G&M is probably in big trouble like most newspapers.

Negative news about Japan and Japan is Weird news is a way for them to try and boost readership. Especially with the large Chinese Canadian readership.

The same newbie reporter has another article where he interviews that retired salary man turned porn star. Only several years to late and cribbed mostly from other sources.
