SAITAMA -- A man armed with what appeared to be a gun has robbed a pachinko prize exchange booth here of approximately 37 million yen in cash, police said.

Nobody was injured in the incident. Local police are searching for the robber and another man after they fled the scene on a motorcycle.

...Both of them were wearing full-face motorcycle helmets, according to investigators....

I suspect that was their annual payoff. Pacinko's are taxed pretty high and as a result, they always seem to have a regularly schedule robbery once or twice a year. Must keep the overhead down....
