Long story, but it's basically an ordinary character witness statement to be made by several Japanese people who know me, to counter certain allegations that are part of a lawsuit that might be filed against me in the near future.

As I'm not sure whether the other party is actually going to go through with it, I now have the time to prepare these documents just in case, without consulting an expensive lawyer at this time.

(*) yeah he's like a miniature model of the soviet union bureaucracy, there is the 'answer the phone nurse' the 'take your member card' nurse, the 'register your next appointment' nurse, the ' guide you to the op room' nurse, the 'take your xray ' nurse... it's like a small army...

But instead of Bubba and his Humvee it's just hot japanese nurses...

I saw the glove that my father was wearing after uprooting small tree that had become diseased in the front yard. The grayish trunk of the tree laid on the green grass looking up at the sky for the last time. Dad took to chopping off the thinner branches and sawing the thicker ones off. Eventually, all that remained was a small almost evenly cut pile of wood and chips strewn everywhere. The larger chunks got throw in the trashcan along with a Kleenex that I had blown my nose in, knowing that was my soul in there.

Shit, this is fun and so much cheaper than actually seeing a shrink.

Do you (or anyone else here) know of any website(s) with examples/templates of these kind of legal documents in Japanese?

As to me talking to a lawyer... Like I said, it's not clear at this moment whether the dispute will actually drag on or not. Paying 5,000yen+ in consulting fees for a simple single question like this seems a bit 'mottainai' to me.
