Some of the Project X shows are a bit skewed

Anyone see the one about the TRON operating system? They basically laid it out that the only reason it failed in the marketplace was because of Microsoft's influence with the American government. Most non-tech people have no idea that there were a number of x86-compatible operating systems at the time, but Microsoft succeeded where they failed because of the software development tools. Wherever the application developers go, the users will follow.

As a developer, I can speak from experience that the she^H^H^Husers will use whatever goddamn software I write for them, on the platform that I choose, for the ungodly amounts of money that I charge. ;)
