The way the police conduct their interrogations and especially the paperwork when you get in an accident. After three hours of hashing it out, you start to feel like, "yes, I was wrong in parking there legally while some drunk guy rear-ended me. I really should think better in the future as to where I park legally to not cause offence and disturb the wa."

but its ok for the yaks to rig an accident and take a claim... drunk drivers are so innocent.
