Japan must be confident of its potential, cultivate its creativity and challenge the world.

Ukiyoe, a form of Edo-period drawing and woodblock printing, would probably not be viewed by the international community as a major Japanese art without masters Sharaku Toshusai and Utamaro Kitagawa.

At the beginning of 2011, we would like to consider the potential strength of Japan, which is said to have run out of steam.

Japanese culture, mainly pop culture, has been drawing attention from the world for many years. Approximately 170,000 people visited the four-day Japan Expo held in the suburbs of Paris in July last year. In response to these moves, the government is considering measures to support "cool Japan."

However, the important thing is to foster people like Tsutaju, who can draw out people's vitality and potential abilities.

FORUM RULES & FAQ...

3. When starting a new topic with an extremely long post within F*cked News, Tokyo Tech and Media Fix and their subforums, please break your post into one reasonably short first post, then continue the post in a reply. Also add a "[continued...]" link to your reply at the end of the first post for people reading from the main page.
There already is an automated way to truncate posts, but it destroys all formatting (images, quotes and links) on the main page and ends up a mess.

4. Generally, you should try not to post full stories unless they are very short. Try to post a few juicy quotes or the core of the article and then a link to the original site.
