WTF? So are they saying than everyone in Japan thats past puberty has hemorrhoids?

I do recall seeing some porn stars suffering this horrid affliction, but i guess thats normal here.

Something else ive noticed since coming to Japan. A large number of people have deformed thumbs. )one thumb is smaller than the other) Im guessing this is a result of inbreeding.

Anyone know what thats called?

I call it that toe-thumb-transplant thing, and yeah, it does seem to be quite common here...but then, stubbiness of all manner seems to be common here.
