I found this one off a link on Greggman's Blog.
Brovision has clips on a variety of topics including a travel guide, people and misc stuff. The site's author, Taka Yamada, is Japanese and used to work for the BBC. All of the videos I've watched have the narration and titles in English. (There is a sister site, Brobe, which is in Japanese.)

but I like brobe.com, pretty much as I like brovision. I think they're both very interesting.
