I can't believe some of them were laughing at the beginning of the video. I couldn't hear for sure, but I think they were talking about their cars getting wet. No wonder the nuclear problem is out of hand with this imbeciles in charge.

That is a port, not the nuclear plant.

It's the thermal power plant located at these coordinates: 37.66916,141.013835.

Plug them into Google maps to find it.

Not sure Take did it on purpose... To be honest the cargo ship disturbed me a bit but aside from this I could not have ID'ed the plant... or not from this kind of inside shots.

Shame because
1- it was quite a telling shot aboot how seemingly undramatically things happened and 2- those imbeciles going all herp-derp 'look Tanaka dem big wave be funny' without seemingly understanding what they were up against is also telling by itself... It's not like if they were Hungarian tourists seeing the sea for the first time in their life...
