Northwest to offer special fares on flights bound for U.S.

TOKYO Northwest Airlines...special discounted fares for economy-class seats on flights between Japan and the U.S. from Sept 16 through Sept 30.

Round-trip airfares between Narita and San Francisco/Los Angeles are set at 75,000 yen on weekdays and 83,000 yen on weekends

Damn, my flight leaves tomorrow. Maybe I'll come back on NWA if those rates apply to Kansai Int'l as well.

Their champagne was quite tasty and helped me survive that damn Secret Agent: Cody Banks flick they forced on us a couple of weeks ago....

After the flight from hell a few weeks ago, I have vowed and declared never to fly United again.

I flew round trip from Tokyo to Phoenix via SFO and I have never had such bad service, rude staff and poor management from UA than this flight!! They didn't have any of my Frequent Flyer preferences and they wouldn't let me upgrade on my return flight even though I was eligible and was prepared to pay given the shocker trip I had on the way over. It was terrible on each leg of the trip. I tried to contact the customer service by phone from the hotel and after being on hold for an age I was cut off twice..

And I had to pay around 140,000!!

SHAME UA _ SHAME!!

I am ready to fly North West as they have always been great when I have been to China.
