I doubt it was pneumonia. I think it was something else and they might have claimed pneumonia to either protect her cleaned up rep or cover something else up to protect the showbiz industry or porn industry.

Porn may not be respectable, but it's an enormous business, and nowhere is that business bigger than the U.S., yet you'd never guess so. Japan's porn industry is a distant second in global rankings, but people are more open about speaking about it here instead of pretending it doesn't happen.

I agree. She "retired" about 18 months before she died and was out of sight during that time. Pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia is the most common infection that kills AIDS patients.
