I think it's fair to say that more people are attracted to a bigger percentage of white, Asian, latino, etc women than black women.

It's not about who has a more attractive 95th percentile... it's about the perceived attractivness of the race as a whole.

(not to mention that many of the most attractive black women have a high level of something else in them)

Fair skin, straight hair, slender, are typically seen as desirable female attributes. There's just something about smooth white skin and hair that blows in the wind that are seen as soft feminine qualities. Dark is less feminine and less attractive; coarse, hard, strong.

However, I when I lived in Atlanta, I catered an event at Spelman College and there were plenty of sweet beautiful black girls there (for those of you who don't know Spelman is a traditionally black women's college).
