Robber snared upon return to crime scene to apologize
NAGOYA -- A robber who held-up a Nagoya convenience store was arrested within hours of the heist after he returned to the scene to apologize for what he had done, police said Tuesday.

"I've done something horrible. I'm terribly sorry," Susumu Kondo said to convenience store operators immediately before he was arrested for robbing them.

Old link in May

http://mdn.mainichi.co.jp/news/archive/200305/26/20030526p2a00m0dm005000c.html

They threatened the manager with a knife, and demanded money in broken Japanese saying, "Money, money."

Obviously these FG did not study Minna No Nihongo...but then how to say "money, money" in broken Japanese? "Kane, kane"?

Where can I find this minna no nihongo?

All big book stores like Kinokuniya, Sanseido have it.

.

Wouldn't o-kane, o-kane be typically bizarre "honorifics" example? But then again I haven't not studied "Minna No Nihongo" for longer than five minutes standing at Kinokuniya bookstore. :P

Actually, in romanji, "Kane", is a common graffiti in north Yokohama to Machida (it might be a tagging crew's name).
