Municipal Tax

Postby Mike Oxlong » Tue Jun 28, 2011 2:46 pm

Looking in the old threads, I see it was 2007 when the prefectural/local taxes were rolled into one - basically a transfer of some tax collection from national to local. Guess I gotta go down to shiyakusho to figure out what they're on about.:(

From left to right:

[Sou shotoku kingaku] -> Gross income
[Shotoku koujo gaku] -> Deductable income (or special deductions/exemptions, etc.)
[Kazei sou shotoku kingaku] -> Taxable gross income
