Whatever. Some places allow for physical retaliation for 'fighting words'. Most people who have the ability will use force if someone stays in their grill long enough. Nobody should be expected to stand by idle while being harrassed and a lot of cops agree and will cut you a break if they can get at the truth of the situation.
