I wonder how this dealer stays in business... they are allergic to test drives, yet they don't give you a guarantee even if you pay $1000 in pre-purchase service, inspections, etc.
So they can fuck off.
I'm going to Tokyo tomorrow anyway, and there's a dealer there that specializes in RX-7s and has one in similar condition for about the same price.
