Docomo network down!

Can any of you access docomo where you are? The system here in Hachinohe is down. Nobody has a signal! Anybody know why? And yes I paid my bill!

It seems Aomori, Iwate and Akita have no service. So none of you Kanto folks are affected!

OK here in Miyagi.

Just saw this thread, which inspired me to pop over to 2ch. Some people are claiming trouble in Kansai region also. One poster says NHK had it as the leading story on the local Iwate news broadcast at 8:45.

And no mention of this outage on Docomo's network outage notification page, as of when I am posting.

It is back in Aomori now as well! Strange. Any reasons why?
