One of my military buddies recently had a case where his wife saw a hand come in the shower window when she was taking a shower. Good thing he didn't catch the guy as I can almost guarantee it would be another high profile FG court case....but back on point, WTF is up with all these peepers and their poor skills? With enough money, a trip to Akihabara or a few hours online would likely leave you with enough equipment to satisfy your peeping needs without ever getting caught. I guess these guys are just amateurs but TIJ, I thought they only had a single hobby they obsess about and don't skimp on?

I think most of the interest is in the risk taken...

Because i'm not sure that fuzzy pictures of oversize femal diapers are worth anything...

And if you gear up and prepare as much as Nasa for a space shuttle launch... It became as exciting as filling tax return papers...

I guess so but as you said, I don't see what the excitement is over upskirt shots when there are millions of gigs of free porn a click away.

A few years ago I actually got my head upskirt but not what you'd expect. I was very drunk, watching a firework show somewhere in downtown, and the police had setup all all kinds of barriers and basically told people where to sit. Halfway through the fireworks, some asshole decided to create a walking path on top of everyone and go right over my head. After getting kicked, having drinks spilled on me, and my fingers stepped on, I tried to block more people from passing on. I ended up under some young girls's yukata as the stumbled back and forth. The "haven't shaved for a couple days" nastiness underneath was not fun. My date wasn't too happy with me either :D

Of course I did but I don't remember much after leaving the matsuri as it was one of those nights I was on a quest that land of limbo greji hangs out at...and all I knew was I needed more alcohol to get there.

Perhaps the only logical explanation is pilots have been viewing too much and too long from the top (of the sky).
