Tokyo Notice Board banner script parasite

my website http://belowthe.tripod.com has had a banner script attached to it and I don't know how to get rid of it. The script is not on my server and there is no code that I can just delete to get rid of it. I actually thought it was a tripod banner untill I saved the page to disk and saw everything. The name of the script is "common_files" and it seems to lead back to a website called "Tokyo notice Board". Can anyone help?
