The old guy with the stick is labelled having 40 million yen in savings a living a life of leisure. The bloke looking down is a 3 million yen a year drudge working for an abusive employer. The girl is a temp worker on 2.5million yen and the baseball cap guy is a 2 million yen a year freeter. Meanwhile, the pregnant women is the well-kept wife of a businessman on 10 million a year.

Interesting find. I'm sure in a couple of years it'll be possible to buy a pair of glasses/contact lenses with a built-in camera that looks for various style and body-language signifiers and provides a demographic-data overlay much like the J-blogger has given. In the meantime: I had a coworker at my old job in Seattle, a crotchety old gay guy, who said that he never offered his seat on the bus to pregnant women because pregnancy wasn't a disability, it was voluntary, a lifestyle choice, like owning a BMW.

Awesome. They have pregnant parking spaces at some shopping centers in the US now. You can ingnore those though since unlike parking for the disabled, there's no legal way to enforce that. It's not like you can get a pregnant plate for your car.
