A cold case in San Diego is heating up: a dead woman's body went unidentified for years, and her husband never reported her missing. Now, court documents are revealing details about their marriage. Fumiko Simoneau disappeared back in 2007, while living in Point Loma. Her body was found days later in the Anza Borrego desert. However, a search warrant affidavit claims her husband kept talking to people as if she were alive. Fumiko's husband, Anthony Simoneau, had actually filed for divorce back in 2002, then suddenly withdrew those papers soon after Fumiko inherited a large amount of money from relatives in Japan. After that, according to court documents, he went on a spending spree, buying four Land Rovers, four boats, a Hummer and a motorcycle. A few years after that, Fumiko went missing: something Simoneau never reported to authorities....He continued "to speak about Fumiko as though she were alive and married to him".... telling different stories to different people...To some: that Fumiko was setting up the couple's new home in Hawaii. while to others, that she had returned to japan to tend to a sick relative. One former friend of Anthony Simoneau called him "a con artist, a liar and evasive," telling investigators he witnessed Simoneau threatening Fumiko "if you ever try and leave me I will kill you"...more...

Bank accounts to fugly are much the same as investing; how much leverage are you willing to put out there and what is the loss/ return potentials. id need at least a hundred million to go there wit beer goggles on.

This must be the guy. He sounds like a real prince.

He is a money hungry cheat, a chronic cheater, a pathological liar and uses women in every possible way.

He may be pretending to be a nice guy and a family man at beginning, but what he had done is very dirty and absolutely unforgivable.

He treats women like trash after he accomplished his purpose.
He picks up women on dating sites, pretending to be looking for a serious relationship.

He has been married and divorced many times and has children.
But tells women and their families that he has never been married and has no kids.
He doesn't care at all to meet women's family to made them believe that he is serious, and ask them to get married to their daughter.
Malicious evil indeed with no human heart.

Seems like the Japanese media is dogging this guy.

A former San Diego man lashed out at the media Tuesday for hounding him and making his life difficult since his release from custody last month for stealing luggage from Nordstrom. Multiple Japanese media organizations flooded a state courtroom Tuesday when a state judge sentenced 43-year-old Anthony Simoneau to five years of probation for second-degree theft.

The theft is not the reason for the Japanese media's interest in Simoneau.

In 2007, the body of Simoneau's wife Fumiko was found in a shallow grave in a desert near San Diego. However, it was not until earlier this year when authorities identified the body as that of Fumiko Simoneau using DNA from her family in Japan. Anthony Simoneau never reported his wife missing.

Honolulu police arrested Simoneau in May for stealing luggage from Nordstrom. He remained in custody unable to post $11,000 bail until Aug. 2 when he pleaded guilty and Circuit Judge Michael Wilson granted his release under the supervision of the court's Intake Services Center pending sentencing.

Simoneau said he complied with all the terms and conditions of his release.
