I really don't know how you people did it, but it was an impressive feat. Going through Tokyo a couple of times this summer, I couldn't wait to leave the place as the air conditioning was set alot too high for my tastes.

Well, well, well...Tokyo should be congratulated. It managed to both save power and carry on, the latter albeit like a two-bob watch, but meaningful nontheless, I suppose.

And the capital has done it for all the victims (which isn't such a surprise because nobody quite does "victim" as deftly as the Japanese).
