What is true? The annuncers previous comment that the mother "brought her daughter back to Japan."?

Sucks that this is not majorly broadcasted in Japan, would love to see some people "demo" and get this put on 'merican news.

Whaling, dolphining, child abduction... Japan loves baseball, dont see why they dont understand the 3 strike thing... 5 more years and something big might happen.

If you watch the interview, he was referring to his ex agreeing to bring his daughter back. (and his mistrust of her/Japan)

Japan just never planned for (or understood) why a father (sometimes mother) might want to remain in a child's life after a divorce. Not in their "We Japanese" programming and add the nationalistic aspect to it with media skewing the "image" of these kinds of divorces as "violent barbarian gajin vs. innocent Japanese mommy" and it's like trying to get an entrenched Apple fan to go PC or the other way around.

What is it, 3 days left? Anyone seen any updates? They must have something up their sleeves to drag it out this long while mommy is in Jail...most definitely renewing her love for the U.S.

the women have to do some sick shit go get girls to "give it up". it usually revolves around beating the shit out of them, making them their bitch for several weeks, and mind drilling them till they mentally become their "bitch". then they get the sexual pleasure that they want...

unlike male prisons where they just beat the shit out of you and get a few other guys to hold you down then rape you, the females must put in much more work to get off...

Well, just under 24 hours until the deadline set by the court in the terms of the plea bargain (it's 12:30 a.m. Dec. 21 in Wisconson now) passes. The shortest day of the year must feel like the longest for the waiting father...

Meiko Kaji in one of those:
  • Female Convict 701: Scorpion (1972) (Joshuu 701-gō: Sasori) (d. Shunya Itō)
  • Female Prisoner Scorpion: Jailhouse 41(1972) (Joshuu sasori: Dai-41 zakkyo-bō) (d. Shunya Itō)
  • Female Prisoner Scorpion: Beast Stable (1973) (Joshuu sasori: Kemono-beya) (d. Shunya Itō)
  • Female Prisoner Scorpion: Grudge Song (1973) (Joshuu sasori: 701-gō urami-bushi) (d. Yasuharu Hasebe)
ah canna't remember which one... Unlike Yua Aida where I can tell the name running time, cast, location, costume, toys inserted and brand of batteries used for each and every movies... FPS serie is a little too old style for my autistical tastes(*)... Beside it's only pink / WIP and not hardcore so quite low on my fav list, for the softcore I prefer the more hillariously bad female teacher rape series, especially " Onna kyôshi: Seito no me no maede"... which is a masterpiece of -good- WTF. Good in the sense of the crazyness of the movie but who still feel like it was written by somebody and not just drunkenly taped by some guy with a cam and time to waste.

(*)Hate part: the picture, usually grainy, horrible color rendering, lighting as violent as a night football field during a match. Nothing polished, feels like making a movie was a technical challenge for everybody.
But... Love part: an older Japan who for its time appeared to be at the same level as the rest of the planet unlike today where everything lag 20-30 years behind with lecturing imbeciles still thinking they are on top of the game. Also, boxy cars full of chromes...

Great news, but according to the article the mom is going to be around for at least three years to try to kidnap the kid again.

True, but on the other hand, the child will have access to both parents during that time. Making the big assumption that measures will be taken and followed to prevent another abduction, the child may be better off being able to see both her parents from now...

Very sweet. That she can manage a smile at all means she must be doing very well indeed after what must've been a wrenching dislocation. She's infinitely better off in the US, particularly as the child of a doctor, than in Houshaland. Hope Garcia's second wife is nice to her.

I love those Milwaukee news videos of that hag Inoue in her cuffs and orange jumpsuit. Milwaukee is where Chicago sends its particularly problematic underclass members, so I'd like to imagine that Inoue got a heavy dose of hot, molten brown sugar in the tank. I wonder if she identified as a Latina for protection - it's what East Asians often do when they find themselves in jail.

Crushing them at their own game!

Anyways, glad to see a nice ending for a change. As much fucked up shit as their is in America it's nice to see them actually do something about this. I'll bet the grandparents are glad they can only see their granddaughter by going to America... and also know that their daughter will never be allowed to go to Japan until she's 16. Haha.

The mother's name is Emiko Inoue - however, it seems that only US papers like Stars & Stripes, ABC News etc will print her name. Even Japan Times with their b.s. "no fear or favor" slogan refuses to publish her name.

I'm wondering with the similar age (43; therefore college would have been '90), previous residence (Milwaukee, WI) during the same time period and same region of Japan (her lawyer is from Osaka) whether this is the same Emiko INOUE who worked for Eli Lilly in Hyogo Prefecture in HR:

If she is the same bird, I have eight Linked In connections that know one of Emiko Inoue's Linked In contacts. Guess I am not too far removed from knowing her.

Come on guys. Isn't it enough that Dr. Garcia needed the help of the government to get his wife to allow him to see his child? Does he really need some guys on the internet to publicize his wife's info and demonize her?

While true, just how many laws would still need to be on the books at all if "the adults involved could just handle their own shit"?

I think it's been pretty well proven that a large percentage of adults, in every country, simply can not and will not handle their own shit no matter what.

Nobody would have been able to find anything had Ms. Inoue not posted her details online in the first place...

I see your point, however it's not like the Japanese government and press (including the English-language "no fear, no favor" Japan Times newspaper) is playing in a neutral fashion via their refusal (not oversight) to print Emiko Inoue's name. And, somehow that kind of shit irritates me.
