Me I get "baka gaijin" instead... and see sometimes housewives blushing we we'zzat the supermarket... (circus in town...) Then I usually -literally- blow air in her nose... accompanied by the french play on words:
"Tu mes gonfles, je te gonfles..." (Day out at the asylum)
"You piss me off, I inflate you"
(since in french "gonfler" mean "inflating" and "pissing off" at the same time, works on cats -but you might die in the process- and babies too -but once the novelty wear off they kinda don't give a flying fuck amymoare-...)
