Looking for used video camera acc store...

Postby AlbertSiegel » Tue Jan 17, 2012 7:56 pm

More to the point... I'm looking for a place that has used light stands, video tripods, video camera microphones and other misc accessories around the Tokyo area. Can anybody recommend a place? I also don't mind a store that sells cheap Chinese versions.

I know Fujiya Camera in Nakano has used stuff (http://www.fujiya-camera.co.jp). I bought my first dslr there. More recently, I ended up buying a dirt-cheap but semi-professional video tripod from Ebay (China). Looks like Sachtler and works great. Light stands and microphones come from from Bic Camera. For sound recording, invest in a Zoom H4n, even if they are pricey - never regretted that decision.

Spend a little more if it means you'll get a good quality product that'll last a long time. The pain of low quality lasts longer than the thrill of low price.
