5 year survival rate of 6%

I hope I'm misunderstanding th3 wiki... But that seems quite bad...

No. There are two types of pancreatic cancer. One -the one you mention has a very low survival rate, and the rarer type which effects about 10% of all patients and has a very reasonable survival rate if operated on at an early stage. Here is a good reference if you want to go through the details.

I noticed recently Steve Jobs was a hidden Japanophile dude.
If he didn't succeed in PC business, he would come to Japan and become a twisted-minded fucked gaijin dude just like Taro.

A "journalist" making up a story about happenings in Asia, counting on people in the Anglosphere not being able to fact check it, nor even wanting to because it fits their preconceptions, and then people who speak the language and know the country see something fishy, do basic checking and expose the fraud and lies...

deja vu.

Did this guy send homemade legal threats to those who exposed him?:p

This is a time-honoured tradition going right back to George Psalmanazar.

"The US Marines have done more for world peace than all the Ben & Jerry's [1% for Peace] ice cream ever sold." - PJ O'Rourke

But there is one big difference with CJ's work. He was clever enough not to bother using a translator. Translator = Witness

Oh, and he didn't go against the only corporation in the world that many lefties (and 90%ish of journo-lists are lefties) treat as a religion. A crowd willing to make a pilgrimage to an Apple Store to lay flowers because their Jesus died, or do their annual Apple-Haj to buy the same product because it's in a new color, is bound to have a few people willing to defend the faith from heresy. Dumb move. He should've lied about tobacco farms or something.

I tried....believe me I did. They can't seem to wrap their heads around them being two separate concepts. (yet their LV bags, Brand name clothes, etc. is indication enough as to how committed they are to their "beliefs")

I didn't think anyone would get the reference :D
