A 63-year-old Tokyo man was arrested Friday after chopping off the left arm of an Utsunomiya real estate agency head with a samurai sword and seriously wounding two others.

Hifumi Kuwada was arrested in the alleged attempted murder of Katsumi Jitsukata, 65, president of Daikyo Home, and two employees, wielding a sword with a 70-cm blade. Kuwada has confessed, police said.

The only acceptable answer should be he used the severed arm to smack the guy around.

I wonder what craziness the 1 armed man did to bring this on himself...I mean, I've angered a few people in my time but none ever came after me with a sword. (except my little brother but don't we all have stories like that?)

Actually, the suspect also tried to pull his leg, but failed.

That would have cost the victim dearly.
