What you always suspected. Japan has an expert in Chaos!

You wait half an hour for an airport shuttle bus, then two show up at once. It's not bad planning, it's chaos, says Japanese researcher Takashi Nagatani of Shizuoka University.

What exactly is chaos? Put simply, it is the idea that it is possible to get completely random results from normal equations. Chaos theory also covers the reverse: finding the order in what appears to be completely random data.

Nagatani's theoretical model "proves" my value in Japan always disrupting the "flow" aka the big-biting WA. As a good FG, I provide some randomness so Japan can function better as a whole.

Nagatani of Shizuoka University wrote:...as the loading and unloading time and the arrival rate of new passengers increases, the delay between buses and the number of passengers on board each one start to fluctuate chaotically. If the buses travel at different speeds, or if there is some randomness in the arrival of new passengers, this chaos appears even more readily.

I suspect you're right. The spelling of fictional evil organisations was never my strong point at school.

If the show was ever imported to Japan, I wonder whether they'd call it Smart-san Gets
