Japanese fashion designer Kazuhiro Watanabe holds the world record for the "Tallest Mohawk." According to the Guinness World Records, Watanabe's outsized do stands at 3 feet 8.6 inches. He says it took 15 years to grow it out.

Punk was over by Thatcher...well, not over, but mainstream for a really short time in her early days in office. Mainstream, of course, essentially meant the message of punk was gone.

Thatcher was more about New Wave
