Soiled Undies Crackdown....

Postby progaijin » Sun Oct 05, 2003 10:24 pm

Being in Kagawa, I guess I miss the finer things in Japan, like buying used underwear. But I can't help but wonder if swarms of 80 year-old cops will suddenly volunteer to conduct the confiscations.

Hey, I've got a BIG SALE going on for my old boxers with the butt blown out of them. How come no one ever offers me money for 'em? Gee, like they're "Imported" even. Sheesh.

So that business really is illegal? I wasn't fully sure. What about soiled panty vending machines?

Legality followup

Postby progaijin » Mon Oct 06, 2003 9:22 pm

It's not actually illegal, but since the vendors often target young girls, it begins an often dangerous cycle for them. The adult-industry scouts also watch them closely. It's more of a safety issue. Which makes me wonder why the gov't 'ponders' it, but then again, it's Japan.
