The Omiya in question is the Omiya Bus Terminal not far from Kamatori Station on the Sotobo line in Chiba. Not the more famous Omiya in Saitama.

Hmmm, would save me a lot on heading to Narita and the headache of dragging my luggage from the Seibu station to the bus stop in Shinjuku. (pretty long uphill walk through one of the busiest areas of Shinjuku...I always count how many idiots I can take out with my suitcase. Last time I got up to 15!)
