From what i saw in a bbc doc (china by 4 wheels drive) few month ago, it's an historical museum where battle a re-created. Some play the good guys (blue) some play the bad (red).
Nothing like 1942' "spot the djews" exhibitions in occupied France. So maybe not as provocative as the trollbaitish headline make it sound...
