And, Cracked magazine quotes the Master...me! :razz:
...most bank ATMs...close (typically around 6 p.m.)...They don't want the ATMs operational while there aren't any bank employees around to help in case something goes wrong...

Had to check my Flickr page to make sure that wasn't my photo of Aso-head they were using.
