Is there any easy software for NetMD MiniDisc?

Is there any easy software for NetMD MiniDisc? The SonicStage software is a major pain in the ass! I just want easy drag and drop. I am starting to get pissed off at my MiniDisc player. I may just dump it and go for an iPod... HELP! I dont need to spend the money on a iPod just yet, do I?
If only Bill Gates had a penny for every time Windows crashed......oh wait... he does!!

The software is a pain in the ass by design, it's designed to make it difficult to interact with MP3s for political reasons. I owned one for a while, but sold it after not being able to find any alternative software for it.
