This may sound like a noob question. But I didnt pay my KDDI international phone bill and I need to phone home from my phone today.
I have a land line and i usualy dial 010 001 then the country code eg america 1 then the rest of the number.
I dont want to dial through KDDI. Does anybody know how I can phone home from a land line. Now the english service number for NTT is closed so I dont know what to do.

Did you try 0033-010, followed by the country code and phone number?

No thanks Im pretty sure it will work I just couldnt remember the order of how internation dialing works becasue i have been using speed dial for so long.
Am I still not allowed to have a sig?

usually, if you don't pay one company, they will call NTT and cut off all international access.
I will not abide ignorant intolerance just for the sake of getting along.

Dont know it seemed to work last night. I found out I didnt pay some bill for a few months ago not the most resent. I dont know why they just dont send a reminder bill or add it onto next months.
