Do that ASAP, they nearly switched off one of my employer's domains recently due to a spam complaint (domain should never have been there in the first place, it is now moved somewhere same).

We've been using http://www.eurodns.com for a long time with no complaints.

For .jp domains, https://www.jp-domains.com/ is cheap and has been reliable.

I've also used http://onamae.com/ a fair bit, but am not a fan of their admin interface.

I've been using Dyn for years. More expensive than places like GoDaddy, but I've never had a problem with them yet.

All my domains are on GoDaddy but I've yet to have any real issues with them (6+ years)

We didn't either, until some uptight asshole decided to complain about an email, then it was all "respond to abuse@godaddy.com in the next 12 hours or we will suspend your domain". At best you'll end up paying them up to US$199 for the privilege of re-enabling your domain, at worst it will vanish into their black hole.

I used to host my sites on one of those cheapos, but got tired of sites or mail going down for no reason, and slow support.
I switched to Liquid Web a few years ago. Aside from having the mail server getting bogged down a couple of times (probably my smartphone accessing too frequently), I have no complaints (and their service is pronto, and appears to be native English speakers from the good ol' US of A).

Service has noticeably improved over the years (IMHO) but then again if you have no problems where you're at now and the price difference is negligible, I'd stick with who you're using.

I use http://www.value-domain.com/ , no problems experienced by me but I don't have high expectations either.

We have been with pair.com for hosting and pairnic.com for I believe now about 14 and 10 years or so respectively. They are not as cheap as the younger guys but they have never ever given us one headache in all that time. I can recommend them highly.
