Dear Parents,
We've recently been informed of an incident that happened Minato-ku, on January 17th, 18th, and 21st.
On the 21st, at approximately 8am, a local elementary school child was approached by an unknown female around Nishi-Azabu crossing, and asked if this child would like to take a ride in her car. This incident was reported to the Azabu Police Department.
On 17th, same incident at Minima-Azabu 4-chome.
On 18th, same incident at Azabu-Jyuban.
None of the children were harmed, and they safely went home/school.
The police suspects that is the same woman. This female suspect has straight long hair, around age 30 or over.
She drove a small white car.
It seems the kids she is trying to lure are Japanese kids but one of the incidents was around the New Sanno hotel so the forces are warning parents in English.
Apparently, schools don't like parents to walk their kids into school after 1st grade so they are setting up patrols on the corners for before and after school.
